With the acquisition of a new high-performance dry pressing machine from Dorst, which is equipped with 12 tons of pressing pressure for multiple tools, we are specifically expanding our capacities in ceramic production technology.

In addition to this advanced dry pressing machine, we have acquired a state-of-the-art and extremely precise wire erosion machine from Mitsubishi for our own tool shop, which will enable us to further increase the efficiency and quality of our tool production.

We have also invested in an additional Wolters plane-parallel grinding machine, which has been specially developed for the double-sided, high-precision and efficient finishing of sintered ceramic parts. This state-of-the-art grinding machine enables us to rework the surfaces of our ceramic parts with diamond grinding wheels to a high quality level and at the same time increase our production capacities.

With these new acquisitions, we at VOGT Ceramic Components are well equipped to meet the growing demands of our customers in terms of availability and quality and to continue to offer first-class solutions for a wide range of industries.
