We are committed to the balance of family and career
As a partner of the Alliance for Families, we support the guiding principle of family policy and offer family-friendly working conditions in the Nuremberg region. By signing the Charter, we have spoken out in favour of promoting family friendliness and recognise the increased importance of this issue.
We enable our employees, for example through flexible working hours, no shift work and subsidies for childcare to balance family and career.
